No – unfortunately as all our products are custom made, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Once your order is placed, you will have 24 hours to contact us to cancel your order or make any changes.
Yes – pick up is available for our NSW customers from our warehouse which is based in Sydney – 126 Gilba Rd Girraween 2164
Due to the large nature of our items all deliveries are delivered using a delivery partner with a tailgate to unload the products.
All of our products are manufactured in our warehouse based in Sydney.
We do not provide an installation service but please ensure that your vanity is installed by a licensed plumber. Installation instructions will be provided with your purchase.
Yes – please send your detailed drawings to sales@vanityco.com.au where we will review your request and provide a quote.

All our vanities are delivered to your home. We also offer free local pick up from our Girraween warehouse for locals. You will need to be at home to accept the delivery otherwise it will be returned to the nearest delivery depot where you can arrange pick up or re-delivery with a fee. Please note that due to the large nature of these items, they will be delivered to the nearest access point outside your home. Delivery drivers will not carry the vanity into your home or unbox the item. This is also the same for delivery to an apartment, the product will be delivered to the ground floor’s nearest access point of the apartment complex.
As all items are made to order, delivery times may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the individual product page for further details.
Yes – we deliver all over Australia.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to let us know if the item is damaged. Please refer to our warranty policy for further information and how to make a claim.

Yes – our shaving cabinets can be recessed into the wall.
Yes – if you are a designer, architect, plumber, cabinetmaker, electrician, builder or carpenter you can apply for a trade account. Please fill out the Trade Partner Form under Trade to set up your account.

Please contact us to make an appointment to visit our showroom based in Sydney. Our address is 126 Gilba Rd Girraween 2164. Alternatively, you can contact us and we can arrange a Zoom call to take you through our vanities in the showroom.
If a delivery fee is unavailable for your address when you go to checkout, please email us at sales@vanityco.com.au so we can provide you with a price for delivery.
Yes – you can change sizing, request colours not included in our range, request Corian basins that are not included in our range, make adjustments to basin placement, configuration changes for storage etc. You can also order our vanities without benchtop or basins. Please complete our quote form with your changes and send it to sales@vanityco.com.au and we will provide a quote.
