Delivery Time

As all items are made to order, delivery times may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the individual product page for further details. If you have ordered multiple items, the item with the longest delivery time will be applied to your whole order as one delivery is made.

• Authority to leave is unavailable on our products, please refer above for re-delivery comments.
• Delivery terms: due to the large nature of our items, delivery will be made to the closest point that the delivery truck is able to access at your address. Delivery drivers will not carry the vanity into your home or unbox the item. This is also the same for delivery to an apartment, the product will be delivered to the ground floor’s nearest access point of the apartment complex.
• Local pickup: All NSW customers are given the option for local pick up at our Sydney warehouse. Please note, that once the item is picked up from our premises, responsibility for the item will fall on the buyer.
• our shipping time is 3-5 days from 4-10 week lead time.

• Transit damage: All our products come with delivery insurance. Once the product has been delivered, the customer has 24 hours to contact us regarding any transit damage as we will not be able to accept a claim outside of this period. Refer to our warranty page for further information on processing a warranty claim.
